About the blog

This blog is about you,it’s about me, it’s about God.

A couple of years ago, while attending youth meeting at my church, i developed a great desire to understanding young persons, understanding why they react the way they do, i wanted to understand them because it seemed as if they were so misunderstood by different person;hence my reason for starting the Social Work program.

Whilst doing the social work program i did come to understand that there is more than just an outward appearance, that what you see is not always what it is, i have learned to look deeper, to ask questions and not let my first reasoning be that of judgement and condemnation.

Have you ever wished that someone would just try to understand you, or have you ever said if only they knew? Have you ever felt judged or misunderstood by someone? Or even times when you find someone was really rude to you?  What did you do,did you ask why or what’s wrong? Have you ever judged someone else or a situation wrongly and said if only you knew or had taken time out?

Well I’m sure we all have, hence the reason for this blog. This blog is all about learning, learning how to cope with life, learning how not to judge;”seeing beyond the disabilities, having the right perspective.” The right perspective meaning learning to view things from different angles.

Disabilities: means; a disadvantage or deficiency, especially a physical or mental.it also means any thing that disables or puts one at a disadvantage for instance the victims of domestic violence  households,or you who have been told countless times you won’t amount to anything, or you who feel stressed out, in whatever way you fell disabled, or whatever has lead you to be or believe that you are; this blog is for you,it’s about you,it’s your voice,it’s your strength.

So together let’s make a difference in each others lives.
